BASIS OF CODE
This is a learning community striving to give Character and Life education to its students, with special concern for those who are disadvantaged. Learners, staff, and management work together to ensure that all endeavour to live by the school motto: Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. The only way to allow all members to experience this is by respecting Nature of Character's Code of Ethics.
The Code of Ethics has been developed in consultation with learners, staff, and management within the school community.
The Code of Ethics aims to foster an environment that allows all persons to learn, study, grow, and mature to the best of their own ability and work in a good atmosphere.
The Code of Ethics requires that all members meet or exceed these standards.
General School Rules:

3. Have Integrity
4. Be honest
5. Be humble
Truth:
Truth is highly valued and continuously upheld at the school of Nature of Character. We speak Truth at all cost. We are not interested in telling students what they want to hear, but what they need to hear in order to reach greatness. This is not equivalent to discrimination, belittlement, or abuse. We do not behave in a way that discriminates, belittles, or abuses others. (Warning: Speaking Truth often causes complex misunderstanding, misinterpretation, and miscomprehension. It requires efforts to comprehend, yet few have the intellectual readiness to take an interest in it. With that being a fact, we handle and find solutions to all issues with patience, humility, wisdom, and understanding.)
Respect:
We respect and honour all persons, love the humanhood. We treat all persons they way we wish to be treated. Our education, support, and love is genuine.
Justice:
We are not interested in pleasing anyone and being nice. We focus on Justice and fairness. As much as we believe in fighting for justice for those who are in need of it, we believe in reproaching wrongful acts to those who are in need of it.
Humility:
We accept responsibility and accountability for our actions. With all humility and patience, we address all he situations and bear everyone in love. We rebuke any kind of action or speech done in pride wether it is persons in the school or outside the school. We believe the reward for humility and fear of the lord is riches and honour and life.
Integrity:
We believe in maintaining our strong moral principles and uprightness by practicing honesty and clear communication as accurately and completely as possible. Be honest with your work and your words because you are held responsible and accountable for them in all situations in life. Therefore, we will trust everything you say and assume you are telling the Truth. We believe that the only way to walk securely is to preserve Integrity.
Gratitude:
We do not cease to thank every experience, circumstance, and person who connects with our school whether it be of good or bad mind. Whatever we do, in speech or deed, we do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Attitude:
We maintain the belief that life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it. We all have the choice to control our attitudes. Our school encourages all persons to think, behave, and move correctly. Everyone in the school must come with a good attitude. Although we are willing to help anyone from any background, we resist to prideful persons in or out of the school.
Confidentiality:
We maintain high level of respect for everyone information by preserving student’s confidence at all times. We expect the same in return. If the school asks of you not so share their content or material, respect the request.

We value structure and order trough discipline.
